There’s no doubt that we’re all going through a challenging time at the moment.  I’m an optimist but I can’t dress this up any other way.

Now, more than ever before, we need to be able to do that thing that nature has designed us to spend a third of our life doing – sleeping deeply.  When we sleep deeply, we are healed on so many levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – so we awaken with the energy and strength to deal with whatever life throws at us.  And, at the moment, we just don’t know from day to day what life is going to throw at us.

This last week I’ve spoken to hundreds of people on webinars.  We’ve talked about realistic optimism, hope, feeling safe and staying grounded while everything swirls around us.  The feedback has been phenomenal with people saying the small tips I shared have made a big difference.  I think we all need bolstering and support at the moment and so, in my heartfelt desire to help as many as I can in this difficult time, I’m offering a free webinar on 2nd April at 12pm (BST).   This webinar was originally going to be a paid event and, in fact, some of you have already paid to attend the session.  I am happy to either refund your money or to put you down to attend the next session which you wouldn’t need to pay for.

During this highly interactive webinar I will be sharing practical tools for:

  • Steadying the nervous system when you are anxious, worried and fearful;
  • Rebooting the parasympathetic nervous system (which controls immunity, digestion, sexual function, whole body repair and sleep);
  • Helping you to fall asleep with ease, and get back to sleep if you wake between 2 and 4am;
  • And I will be sharing The Ultimate Perfect Bedtime story.

Please sign up for my webinar on the link below and share this with friends and family.  Perhaps you can sit and watch with the whole family present as I will be sharing techniques for children too.  We will also record the session and send it to you after the session.

I very much look forward to seeing you on 2nd April at 12pm (BST).
